Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range is $225,000 to $320,000, with the potential for additional discretionary bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
The associate will take an active role in litigating complex antitrust matters, including:
Drafting and responding to written discovery Taking and defending depositions Researching and drafting complex motions and briefs Working closely with economic and industry experts Managing day-to-day case strategy and discovery Supervising junior associates and other members of the case team Communicating with clients and contributing to the overall management of matters Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have:
Two to five years of substantive antitrust litigation experience Experience gained at a nationally recognized law firm, government agency, or comparable sophisticated practice Hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, brief writing, and expert-related work Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and organizational skills Strong academic credentials Admission to the bar of the office in which they are applying, or eligibility for admission by waiver
Judicial clerkship experience is valued, although current judicial clerks are not being considered through agency submissions at this time.
Experience supervising junior attorneys, leading discovery, or independently managing portions of complex litigation is particularly helpful.
